This page is about Urban Infra Care: who we are, how we work and what we will not do. In short, we are a Delhi NCR advisory that helps people find and shortlist luxury property and event venues. Some of the people we help are buying their first large home. Others are upgrading from an apartment to a kothi, relocating from abroad, or planning a wedding with four functions in three days.
What they share is a need for someone who knows the region, asks sensible questions, and gives a straight answer. That is the role we try to fill.
What we help with
Our work falls into two halves that share one way of working.
- Property: premium apartments, penthouses, builder floors, villas and independent houses, for purchase or rent, across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and wider NCR. Start with the luxury property hub for an overview.
- Venues: banquet halls, marriage halls, lawns, farmhouses, hotels and resorts for weddings, receptions, engagements, birthdays and corporate events. The wedding venues hub is a good place to begin.
We also handle related briefs such as commercial space and venues for smaller family functions. If you are unsure whether your requirement fits, send it anyway and we will say plainly if it does not.
How an engagement works
Each enquiry moves through the same stages. The details differ between property and venues, but the sequence holds.
- Brief. We start with a conversation about budget or guest count, preferred areas, timing and must-haves. We also ask what you have already seen, so we do not repeat it.
- Shortlist. The advisor filters what is genuinely available and shares a small set of options with notes on each, including drawbacks.
- Visits. We schedule site visits or venue recces, grouped to save travel, and attend where useful.
- Negotiation support. We explain what is usually negotiable, what comparable options look like, and which costs tend to be missed.
- Paperwork checklist. For property, a list of documents to request and verify with your lawyer. For venues, a list of points that must be in the contract.
- Handover or booking. We help you through the final steps, from possession formalities to confirming the booking in writing.
Property and venue work side by side
The two sides of the business look different, but the questions behind them are similar. This table shows how each stage plays out.
| Stage | Property brief | Venue brief |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Budget, area, format, timeline | Guest count, dates, functions, budget |
| Main risk | Title, approvals or dues problems | Unwritten promises, hidden add-ons |
| What we check | RERA registration, documents to request | Fire NOC, music hours, policies in writing |
| Visit focus | Building condition, light, noise, access | Space, parking, kitchen, baraat route |
| Final step | Agreement reviewed by your lawyer | Signed contract with clear inclusions |
What we do not do
Being clear about limits is part of being useful.
- We do not give legal, tax or financial advice. We point you to the right professional.
- We do not promise prices, returns, appreciation or availability.
- We do not ask you to pay anything without a written agreement.
- We do not hide drawbacks to make an option look better.
- We do not publish invented reviews, client counts or awards.
Our principles
Three principles shape how the advisors work.
No pressure
You should be able to say no at any stage without awkwardness. A rushed decision on a home or a wedding venue is expensive to undo. If an option is good, it will still be good after you have slept on it, and if a deadline is genuine, we will tell you why.
Verified information
We pass on what we have checked and clearly mark what we have not. When we say a project is registered, it is because you can look it up on the relevant RERA website. When we are relaying what a venue manager told us, we say so, and suggest you get it confirmed in writing.
Written terms
Every promise that matters belongs on paper. That applies to the sale agreement, the lease, the venue contract and to any fee for our own work. It protects you, and it keeps everyone honest.
Who we usually work with
Our enquiries come from a fairly wide mix of people, and the advice changes with each.
Families upgrading within the city often know the neighbourhood well but have not bought in a decade. They need a fresh view of how prices, building quality and paperwork norms have shifted. Professionals relocating to Gurugram or Noida for work often want to rent first and buy later, and need help reading unfamiliar sectors quickly.
NRI buyers usually need a reliable pair of eyes on the ground, clear documentation and a process that does not require them to fly in for every step. Parents planning a child’s wedding tend to be juggling several functions, two families’ expectations and a guest list that keeps growing. Corporate teams want a venue that works on a weekday, with parking, audio-visual support and a clear invoice.
Each of these briefs needs different questions on the first call. That is why we spend time on the brief before sending a single option.
Where we work
We cover Delhi NCR city by city, with dedicated pages for many localities. You can see the full list on the locations page. For venue planning, the banquet halls hub and marriage halls hub explain how formats differ across the region.
Getting in touch
If you would like to talk through a requirement, use the enquiry form on this page or visit the contact page. Include your budget or guest count, dates, preferred areas and anything you cannot compromise on. An advisor usually replies the same working day.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does Urban Infra Care do?
We are an advisory and shortlisting service for Delhi NCR. On the property side we help with luxury apartments, penthouses, villas, builder floors and independent houses. On the venue side we help with banquet halls, marriage halls, lawns, farmhouses and hotel venues. We take your brief, filter the market and arrange visits.
Are you a developer or a venue owner?
No. We do not build homes or run venues. We work between you and the owners, developers and venue managers, so our role is to understand your needs, find options that genuinely fit, and help you ask the questions that protect you before you commit to anything.
Do you charge for your service?
Any fee depends on the kind of work involved, and it is always discussed and agreed in writing before that work begins. You will never discover a charge after the fact. Ask the advisor on your first call and they will explain how it works for your particular enquiry.
Can you guarantee a price or a booking?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Prices, availability and dates change constantly. What we can do is give you an honest picture of the options, help you negotiate sensibly, and make sure what you agree is written into the agreement or contract.
Do you handle legal paperwork?
We give you a practical checklist and help you gather documents, but we are not lawyers. For property, a qualified property lawyer should review title, approvals and the agreement. For venues, we help you make sure the contract covers the points that matter, but you sign it yourself.
