The simplest way to contact Urban Infra Care is the enquiry form on this page. It goes straight to the advisory team, and an advisor usually replies the same working day. If you prefer email, write to contact@urbaninfracare.com.

What to include in your enquiry

A clear brief means a better first shortlist and fewer back-and-forth calls. You do not need every detail, but these help a great deal.

For a property enquiry:

  • whether you want to buy or rent;
  • your budget range, including whether it covers stamp duty, registration and interiors;
  • preferred cities, sectors or colonies, and any you want to avoid;
  • the format you prefer, such as apartment, penthouse, builder floor, villa or independent house;
  • your timeline, and whether you need ready-to-move or can wait for under-construction;
  • must-haves such as floor level, parking, a garden, school distance or pet-friendliness.

For a venue enquiry:

  • the function or functions, such as roka, mehndi, sangeet, wedding or reception;
  • the expected guest count for each;
  • your dates, or a range of dates if you are flexible around muhurat;
  • preferred area, and where most guests will be travelling from;
  • your budget approach, such as per-plate or a total for the event;
  • needs like outside caterers, rooms for family, a lawn, or late music.

When you will hear back

An advisor usually responds the same working day. Enquiries that arrive late in the evening, on Sundays or on public holidays are picked up on the next working day. Our office hours are shown on this page.

The first call is short. The advisor checks the brief, asks a few follow-up questions, and tells you when to expect the first set of options.

Scheduling site visits and recces

Once you have a shortlist, the advisor arranges visits at times that suit you. We try to group nearby properties or venues on the same day, so you are not crossing the city repeatedly.

  1. Pick the options you want to see from the shortlist.
  2. Share two or three time windows that work for you.
  3. The advisor confirms slots with owners, developers or venue managers.
  4. You receive a simple visit plan with addresses and the order of stops.
  5. After the visits, you discuss what you liked and what to check next.

For venues, try to visit at a similar time of day to your function, so you can judge light, traffic and noise. For homes, a second visit at a different hour often reveals more than the first.
