Privacy Policy of Urban Infra Care

Effective date: 14 October 2026.

This privacy policy explains how Urban Infra Care (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through urbaninfracare.com (the “website”). It applies to anyone who visits the website or sends an enquiry through it. We have written it in plain language so that you can understand what happens to your information and what choices you have.

We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the rules made under it, as they apply to us.

Data we collect through the enquiry form

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you enter and some technical details sent automatically by your browser. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address;
  • your area of interest, such as a type of property or venue;
  • your budget range;
  • your expected guest count;
  • your preferred date or dates;
  • your preferred location;
  • any message you write;
  • the URL of the page from which you sent the enquiry;
  • the referring website, if you arrived from another site;
  • UTM or campaign parameters in the link you followed;
  • your IP address;
  • your browser type and basic device information.

You choose what to type into the form. Please do not include sensitive information such as identity document numbers, bank details or health information in the message field. We do not need it to respond to an enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this data for the following purposes:

  1. To respond to your enquiry and call or email you back.
  2. To understand your requirement and prepare a shortlist of properties or venues.
  3. To arrange site visits, venue recces and follow-up conversations that you ask for.
  4. To share your requirement with property owners, developers or venues, only with your consent and only as part of your enquiry.
  5. To understand which pages and campaigns bring useful enquiries, so we can improve the website.
  6. To detect and prevent spam, abuse or fraudulent submissions.
  7. To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

By submitting the form, you consent to us processing your data for these purposes. We do not use your enquiry data for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

How your data is stored

Each enquiry is saved in the website’s administration dashboard, which is accessible only to authorised members of our team. A copy of the enquiry is also emailed to our team’s inbox so that an advisor can respond quickly.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, secure connections (HTTPS) and limiting who can view enquiries. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data sent over the internet.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up work you ask us to do. Where there is no ongoing conversation, we periodically review old enquiry records and delete or anonymise those that are no longer needed. We may keep some information for longer where the law requires it, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, as explained below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • Property owners, developers and venues. With your consent, and only as part of your enquiry, we may share relevant details such as your name, contact number, requirement and dates, so that they can confirm availability or arrange a visit. We share only what is needed for that purpose.
  • Service providers. We use third parties to run the website, including hosting providers and email services. They process data on our behalf and only for the purpose of providing their service.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose data where required by law, by a court order, or by a government authority acting within its powers.

Some service providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply reasonable safeguards, and transfers are made only as permitted under Indian law.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work, for example to keep forms secure. Others help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive, through analytics tools. This analytics data is generally aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We also record the referring site and campaign (UTM) parameters with each enquiry, so we can see which pages and campaigns are helpful.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • the right to obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities;
  • the right to correction, completion and updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • the right to erasure of your data, where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless retention is required by law;
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect processing already done before withdrawal;
  • the right to grievance redressal, by contacting us first;
  • the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to receive complaints.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@urbaninfracare.com from the email address you used in your enquiry, or tell us the phone number you submitted, so we can verify the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

The website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The website may link to other sites, such as RERA authority portals. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the law changes or we change how the website works. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
