These are the locations across Delhi NCR where Urban Infra Care helps with luxury property and event venues. Choose a city or a locality below to see pages written for that area, covering what is genuinely available, what to check and where people usually look instead when supply is thin.

How the cities differ

Delhi NCR is not one market. Each city has its own housing stock, its own venue culture and, for property, its own regulator. Here is a short overview.

Delhi

Delhi’s luxury housing is mostly low-rise: kothis, independent houses and builder floors in established colonies across South, Central and West Delhi, with farmhouse belts on the southern edge. New supply often comes from old houses being rebuilt. For venues, the city has hotel ballrooms, standalone banquets and the well-known farmhouse venues around Chhatarpur and the Mehrauli side.

Gurugram

Gurugram is where high-rise luxury is most concentrated, around Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road and the Dwarka Expressway. Gated villas and independent floors are found in plotted pockets such as the DLF phases. Venues range from large hotel ballrooms to banquets along the main roads and farmhouses towards the edges.

Noida and Greater Noida

Noida offers large apartments in planned sectors, especially along the expressway, with some villas in plotted areas. Greater Noida and Greater Noida West add more space for the money and newer projects. Venues here include banquets, hotel spaces and lawns along the expressway.

Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad is practical and value-focused. Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi and Raj Nagar Extension carry most of the larger apartments. Marriage halls and banquets are plentiful, and luxury lawns are fewer.

Faridabad

Faridabad mixes older sectors with builder floors and plotted homes, and newer high-rises in Greater Faridabad. Venues include banquets, marriage halls and some farmhouses towards the Surajkund side.

Wider NCR

Towns such as Sohna, Manesar, Bhiwadi, Neemrana and the Yamuna Expressway belt suit second homes, larger plots and resort-style weddings. Supply here is more scattered, so advice matters more.

Where supply is thin

Honest expectations save time. Some combinations of area and requirement are simply rare, and it helps to know that before you set your heart on one.

Independent villas are scarce inside Noida’s high-rise sectors and along Golf Course Extension Road, where the stock is mostly towers. Buyers who want a garden there often settle for a duplex penthouse or a ground-floor unit with a lawn, or look at villa belts a little further out. In South Delhi, large plots rarely come up for sale, so many buyers consider a newly rebuilt builder floor instead of a whole kothi.

On the venue side, quiet residential colonies often have no marriage halls at all, and families book in a nearby commercial stretch or on a main road. Large lawns for very big weddings are mostly on city edges, which means longer travel for guests and more planning around traffic. Each locality page tells you what applies there.

Choosing where to look

A few questions help narrow the map quickly:

  • Where do you, or most of your guests, travel from each day?
  • Do you prefer a high-rise society or a plotted colony?
  • How important are metro access, schools or hospitals nearby?
  • For venues, do you need a lawn, rooms for guests, or late music?

Once you have rough answers, follow these steps.

  1. Pick two or three candidate cities from the table above.
  2. Open the locality pages that match your brief.
  3. Note the drawbacks each page mentions, not just the strengths.
  4. Send an enquiry naming the areas you are considering.

You can also start from a service hub: luxury property, luxury villas, luxury houses, banquet halls, marriage halls or wedding venues. The full list of localities follows below.

Frequently asked questions

Which locations across Delhi NCR do you cover?

We cover Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, along with wider NCR towns such as Sohna, Manesar, Bahadurgarh, Sonipat, Kundli, Bhiwadi, Neemrana and the Yamuna Expressway towards Jewar. Each locality has its own pages for property and for venues, listed below this introduction.

My area is not listed. Can you still help?

Often, yes. The list covers the areas we get asked about most, but advisors also work in neighbouring sectors and colonies. Send your enquiry with the area name, and the advisor will tell you honestly whether we can give useful options there or suggest a nearby alternative.

Should I search by city or by locality?

If you already know the neighbourhood you want, go to the locality page. If you are open, start with the city, because supply, price drivers and venue formats change a lot between cities. An advisor can help you compare two or three areas side by side before you visit.

Are venues and homes found in the same areas?

Not always. Some of the best residential pockets have very few venues, because they are quiet plotted colonies or high-rise sectors. Large venues tend to cluster on main roads, highways and the edges of cities. Each locality page says plainly what exists there and where people look instead.

Is property regulation the same across the region?

No. Delhi projects fall under RERA Delhi, Gurugram and Faridabad under Haryana RERA, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad under UP RERA, and Bhiwadi and Neemrana under Rajasthan RERA. Always verify registration on the relevant authority's website before paying anything.
